User Manual:

Description:

• PIN Leak Tester is to check the spindle leak on the LPG Cylinder.
• O-Ring Leak Tester is to check safeness of O-Ring inside the valve on the LPG

Procedure for Use:

• Insert the Nozzle of respective Leak Tester into the Cylinder SC Valve.
• For PIN Leak Testing, Hold the Leak Tester firmly in position, so that the rubber gasket inside the leak tester seals against the valve surface.
• Press & Hold the tester in this position for 15 seconds.
• For O-Ring Leak Testing, Press the tester against the valve PIN and hold for 15 seconds.

Observation & Inference:

• Look on the dial.
• If GREEN color turns RED, it indicates a LEAK.
• If no change in color, then the LPG Cylinder Valve PIN & O-Ring is safe.
